I currently lead Brand Design at Semgrep. Together with an amazing designer, Eric Chu, and a truly talented and ambitious Marketing Team we have been shipping some fun campaigns. Semgrep is a relatively young company so we’re still experimenting and having fun as we shape and refine the brand.

Las Vegas, Black Hat 2025. We got a last minute media buy opportunity on the strip and were able to produce this animated billboard in a matter of days. Aiming for general brand awareness among developers.

Secure Vibes Only Campaign, San Francisco OOH, 2025
Semgrep Secure Vibes Only summer brand awareness campaign. Early exploratory design round from Moving Brands. At this point we were exploring messaging and design style. The audience here being developers.
So we landed on “Secure Vibes Only” in order to resonate with the current vibe coding adoption as well as our partnerships with popular platforms like Cursor.
Big Number Go Down Campaign, New York City + Boston OOH, 2025
Big Number Go Down. References an internal dashboard at Semgrep tracking code vulnerabilities (which are bad). The idea is that developers want to see a lower number, meaning that Semgrep did its job.
This is IYKYK type messaging.
